Kyle F. Hodges is the Managing Partner at Prodicus Consulting Group. He has a voracious appetite for solving business problems and delivering practical solutions. He has over 15 years of experience in operational and technical leadership in healthcare, people operations, managerial reporting, technical services, enterprise resource planning, and project management. He is as comfortable discussing strategy initiatives with senior leadership as he is working at the elbow with end users. He embraces the need to synthesize information across disparate areas, assess and analyze the information, and then provide a coherent move forward plan to achieve your business objectives.

Outside of his digging deep to address complex business challenges, he is intensely passionate about spending time with his wife and two boys. Their lives revolve around family, food, and futbol. His family enjoys time together cooking and eating, travelling, and creating their own Ted Lasso type quips regarding life. And when time allows, he consumes pages upon pages of fiction, anything related to futbol, and interesting articles in the business management space.

With over 15 years of experience in HCM consulting and HRIS management, Kari Swaim has led large-scale HR system implementations, data conversions, and process optimizations across healthcare, retail, and government sectors. A proven expert in these areas, she specializes in designing and executing seamless system integrations, effectively managing projects and timelines, and ensuring efficiency and accuracy in HR operations.

Throughout her career, Kari has successfully managed the migration of complex employee datasets, supported business process transformations, and provided strategic guidance on HR technology solutions. Her expertise extends to Core HR, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and Performance Management. Notable projects include leading data conversion for 30,000+ employees from 7 distinct legacy systems, driving a multi-language HR system for a retail client, and managing and HRIS team for a large health system.
